Description

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on building efficient and scalable applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend applications using Java.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and services to support mobile and web applications.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept through delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Java and Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
  • Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
  • Strong understanding of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
  • Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
