Job Type: 1 year extendable contract with our client (payroll Avensys)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with strong experience in enterprise application development, banking integrations, security frameworks, and API development. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java 21 LTS, Spring Boot, J2EE, REST APIs, Oracle Database, Finacle Integrations, ISO8583 messaging, HSM Integration, and Linux-based application environments.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting mission-critical banking and financial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java 21 LTS, Spring Boot, and J2EE.
• Develop and maintain secure RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using Spring Security and Keycloak.
• Integrate applications with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) such as JISA and SafeNet for encryption, key management, and secure transaction processing.
• Develop and support banking integrations using Finacle Integrator, Finacle Scripting, and ISO8583 messaging standards.
• Design and optimize Oracle database objects, complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and PL/SQL packages.
• Develop shell and Python automation scripts for operational activities.
• Implement XML and JSON processing for system-to-system integrations.
• Administer and deploy applications on NGINX and Tomcat Web Server environments.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, testing teams, and stakeholders to deliver business-critical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
