About the Role
Proven Consult, in partnership with Lean, is seeking an experienced Java Developer with a strong background in enterprise-level application development. This is an urgent requirement, and we are looking for candidates who can join immediately or no later than mid-October.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
- Perform debugging, performance tuning, and code reviews.
- Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and coding standards.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Solid experience with database technologies (Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must currently be based in Saudi Arabia.
- Immediate availability or joining no later than mid-October 2025.
