Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in backend and web application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable applications, designing APIs, and supporting both frontend and backend development activities. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build reliable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
• Develop user-facing web applications using modern frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js or Angular.
• Build and maintain server-side application logic using Java and related backend technologies.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend components.
• Work with databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL to manage and optimize data storage and retrieval.
• Design and implement efficient database structures ensuring data integrity and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and application maintenance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java (Java 1.8 or above).
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework.
• Experience with Hibernate or JPA for ORM and database interaction.
• Experience developing RESTful Microservices.
• Good understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience working with databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in collaborative development environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Angular 15 or above (optional).
• Knowledge of JSP and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.

Relevant Experience Preferred

• Experience developing enterprise web applications using Java and Spring.
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience working with PL/SQL and relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
• Experience troubleshooting application performance and debugging issues.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional development teams.
