About Position
Skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing microservices to support our innovative and complex business solutions. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, architects, and product owners to develop high-quality software and applications. Your role will involve creating clean, efficient, and testable code, as well as identifying, prioritizing, and executing tasks in the software development life cycle.

- Define requirements for new applications and customization adhering to MasterCard standards, processes, and best practices.
- Develop, customize, and test applications to integrate to MasterCard's specifications.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical training to other team members.
Expertise You'll Bring
- 6 to 10 years of experience in software development using Java and related frameworks.
- Preferred experience in Financial Services domain.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles & methodologies.
- Experience in developing Java 17 based web applications using Spring Framework (6.x) or Spring boot 3.x, and Hibernate (6.x) is must.
- Experience in writing efficient SQL queries against either Oracle or PostgreSQL database is must.
- Experience in developing rich web interfaces using React is must, package management using npm, and compilation/building/bundling using Node is desirable.
- Experience in bundling Java based applications/modules using Maven is must.
- Experience with software development using Copilot/Claude/Codex is desirable.
- Exposure to PCF / Azure / AWS is desirable.
- Experience in containerization using Kubernetes is desirable.
