Java Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
• Build high-performing frontend applications using React.js or similar modern JS frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into high-quality, maintainable code.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices in coding, testing, and CI/CD.
• Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers in the team.
• Work closely with DevOps to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and incident resolution of applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a sense of urgency.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
• Strong frontend development skills with React.js (preferred) or Angular, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of build and automation tools such as Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and security best practices.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
