Essential Qualification
Candidates should possess any one of the following qualifications from a recognized University/Institution with a minimum of
60% marks:
- B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics or equivalent.
- MCA.
- M.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technology.
- Master's Degree in Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, or Electronics with either:
- Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, or
- DOEACC A Level Certification.
- M.E./M.Tech./M.S. in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics.
Essential Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise web applications.
- Hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development.
Essential Technical Skills
Backend Development
- Core Java, Java 8 or above.
- Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC.
- Hibernate/JPA.
- RESTful Web Services and SOAP APIs.
- Microservices Architecture.
- Maven/Gradle.
Front-End Development
- HTML5.
- CSS3.
- JavaScript (ES6+).
- React.js or Angular.
- Bootstrap and responsive web design.
Database Technologies
- MySQL.
- PostgreSQL.
- Experience in writing complex SQL queries.
- Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases is desirable.
DevOps & Tools
- Git/GitHub.
- Jenkins.
- Docker.
- Kubernetes.
- CI/CD Pipelines.
- Maven/Gradle.
- JIRA or other issue-tracking tools.
Cloud Platforms (Desirable)

Roles & Responsibilities
The Selected Candidate Will Be Responsible For
Full Stack Development
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and modern web technologies.
- Develop scalable backend services using Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
- Build responsive, user-friendly front-end applications using React.js or Angular.
- Integrate front-end and back-end components to ensure seamless application performance.
Backend Development
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web services.
- Design, optimize, and manage relational databases.
- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
Front-End Development
- Develop reusable UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Enhance user experience through optimized application performance.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Develop unit and integration test cases.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Optimize application performance and maintain code quality.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, and Development Teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and best practices.
Documentation
- Prepare technical design documents, API documentation, and user guides.
- Maintain project documentation and provide periodic progress reports.
Desirable Skills
Preference Will Be Given To Candidates Having
- Experience with Microservices-based enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes deployments.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Government or e-Governance projects will be an added advantage.
Selection Criteria
The selection process may include one or more of the following stages:
- Shortlisting of applications based on qualifications and relevant experience.
- Technical Assessment/Written Test (if required).
- Technical Interview.
- Final Interview by the Selection Committee.
- Verification of educational qualifications, experience certificates, and other supporting documents.
The decision of the Centre for Good Governance (CGG) regarding the selection process shall be final and binding.
