Role & Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

• Full-Stack Development: Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, ReactJS, Node.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6), JSX, HTML/CSS, Git, and npm.
• Front-End Expertise: Strong client-side development skills with the ability to adapt across multiple front-end technologies and frameworks.
• Application Development: Experienced in developing scalable applications that integrate effectively with enterprise and legacy systems.
• System Design & Analysis: Skilled in detailed system analysis, solution design, multi-tier architecture, distributed systems, and database concepts.
• SDLC Expertise: Strong exposure to the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Agile & Scrum: Experienced working in Agile/Scrum teams, actively participating in sprint planning, development, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Cloud & AWS: Working knowledge of AWS services and cloud development practices for building and supporting modern applications.
• Application Security: Knowledge of identifying, addressing, and mitigating common application security vulnerabilities and security risks.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Effective at collaborating with technical and functional teams, understanding business requirements, and presenting technical designs and solutions.
• Communication & Delivery: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills with a proactive approach, excellent communication, and flexibility to support releases and weekend deployments when required.

Qualifications

• Software Development Experience: 2+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong expertise in modern application development.
• ReactJS Expertise: Strong practical knowledge of ReactJS, including component-based architecture, state management, React workflows, and REST API integration.
• Front-End Development: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6), JSX, ReactJS, Bootstrap, Git, Node.js, npm, and Redux.
• JavaScript Fundamentals: Strong understanding of variables and scoping, arrays and data structures, DOM manipulation, event handling, object creation, and prototypal inheritance.
• AI-Assisted Development: Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot for Java, Spring Boot, and React development across the software development lifecycle.
• AI-Driven SDLC: Able to use AI for code generation, refactoring, unit/integration testing, debugging, documentation, and development productivity.
• AI Code Quality & Security: Capable of reviewing, securing, optimizing, and validating AI-generated backend and frontend code to ensure quality and maintainability.
• AI Testing & Responsible AI: Experience using AI for JUnit, Mockito, and Jest testing, with awareness of Responsible AI, enterprise data security, and compliance requirements.
• OOP & Design Patterns: Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software analysis, design principles, and commonly used software design patterns.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, structured problem-solving abilities, and a strong focus on delivering efficient and scalable solutions.
