Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team as a Delivery Module Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing applications using Java and React, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions. .Responsibilities

• :Lead the design, development, and implementation of full stack applications using Java and React
• .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
• .Utilize Spring Boot and related frameworks to build robust backend services
• .Implement state management solutions using React.js and libraries such as Redux
• .Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to support application functionality
• .Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, employing ORM frameworks for data management
• .Manage version control using Git and ensure code quality through best practices
• .Participate in the establishment and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• .Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team
• .Continuously improve development processes and practices to enhance team productivity

.Mandatory Skills

• :Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
• .Strong experience with React.js and state management libraries like Redux
