2. Hands-on development using Java and React/React Native to set architectural standards and demonstrate best practices.
3. Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their applicability to our projects. Make recommendations for technology adoption and integration and development.
4. Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and guidelines for the development team. Conduct code reviews and provide mentoring and guidance to team members.
5. Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness. Implement architectural patterns and strategies to handle increased loads.
6. Implement security measures to protect data and applications. Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with security standards.
