Jewellery Diamond Grader manager

Location : Dubai

• Manage and supervise the Jewellery & Diamond Grading team.
• Evaluate diamonds based on 4Cs – Cut, Colour, Clarity and Carat Weight.
• Inspect and grade jewellery, diamonds, gemstones and other precious materials.
• Ensure accurate identification of natural, treated and laboratory-grown diamonds, where applicable.
• Check jewellery workmanship, finishing, stone setting and overall quality.
• Establish and maintain grading standards and quality benchmarks.
• Review grading reports and verify the accuracy of the team's assessments.
• Handle complex or high-value grading cases and provide technical guidance.
• Conduct quality checks and minimize grading discrepancies.
