Jewellery Sales Executive - Fresh Graduates

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Jewellery Sales Executive role based in Dubai, designed for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in the jewellery industry. The role involves welcoming and engaging customers, understanding their preferences, and presenting suitable jewellery pieces while providing accurate product information. The Sales Executive will support day-to-day showroom operations, including arranging displays, maintaining product presentation standards, and assisting in stock handling. Responsibilities also include processing sales transactions, issuing receipts, and adhering to company policies and procedures. The role offers training and guidance from experienced team members, with opportunities to learn about product ranges, market trends, and customer relationship management.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and communicate basic concepts related to Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry, with an interest in current trends and styles.
• Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a friendly, professional approach to clients.
• Willingness to learn and perform basic jewellery Polishing and handling, maintaining product quality and showroom standards.
• Openness to Training, with a proactive attitude toward learning product knowledge, sales techniques, and showroom procedures.
• Fresh graduate (any discipline); a background in business, retail, fashion, or design is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in the region (such as Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu) are an added benefit.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and peak seasons.
• Legally eligible to work in the UAE and able to commute to the Dubai showroom location on a daily basis.
