About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Jira Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Atlassian technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, customizing, and maintaining Jira-based solutions to support business and technology teams.

Required Experience

• 5–7 years of professional experience in Jira development/administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira technologies.
• Experience with Jira Software and/or Jira Service Management (JSM).
• Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, schemes, custom fields, screens, permissions, and automation.
• Experience with Jira REST APIs and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with ScriptRunner and Groovy is highly desirable.
• Experience with Confluence and other Atlassian products.
• Good understanding of SQL and databases.
• Experience with JavaScript, Java, Groovy, or other scripting/programming languages.
• Experience with Jira plugins, marketplace apps, and third-party integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
