Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Galvanizing Engineer to join our reputed company in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the hot-dip galvanizing process, ensuring product quality, process efficiency, and compliance with international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and control the hot-dip galvanizing process for fabricated steel structures
- Ensure compliance with ASTM, ISO, BS, and client specifications
- Monitor bath chemistry, temperature, and coating thickness
- Identify and resolve galvanizing defects and quality issues
- Coordinate with production, QA/QC, and fabrication teams
- Maintain safety, environmental, and operational standards
- Prepare technical reports and process documentation
- Support continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 58 years of experience in galvanizing within the mechanical or steel fabrication industry
- Strong knowledge of hot-dip galvanizing processes and standards
- Experience working in GCC or international EPC projects is an advantage
- Good communication and reporting skills
