Job Opening: Business Development Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or young professional to develop their skills and build a career in business development.

Key Responsibilities

– Research and identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and lead generation.

– Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners.

– Create customized sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to communicate our products/services to potential clients.

– Meet sales targets and achieve revenue growth through new business development.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales & Commercial Operations) to develop business strategies and initiatives.

– Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.

– Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities.

– Participate in regular sales meetings and team-building activities.

Requirements

– Bachelor's degree.

– Recent graduate or young professional with 0-2 years of experience in sales or business development.

– Strong communication and presentation skills.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Good To Have

– Experience in the Petrochemical or Oil & Gas Industry.

– Certification in sales or business development (e.g., Certified Sales Professional).
