Job Performer

Are you an experienced Job Performer / Performing Authority with strong knowledge of ADNOC Work Management Systems, Permit to Work (PTW), and mechanical maintenance activities Join our team and play a key role in delivering safe and efficient execution of major Oil & Gas EPC projects.

YOUR ROLE

As Job Performer, you will be responsible for including but not limited to the following duties and responsibilities :

• Execute on-site work activities in accordance with approved work permits, procedures, and ADNOC standards.
• Review and validate Work Management System (WMS) job plans before execution.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE requirements, Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, Method Statements, and site regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and verify isolation requirements, safety controls, and worksite readiness.
• Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Field Risk Assessments (FRA), and hazard identification activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, contractors, and operations teams for seamless job execution.
• Monitor work progress and proactively report deviations, risks, or safety concerns.
• Ensure effective utilization of tools, equipment, and manpower resources.
• Verify equipment certifications and compliance requirements before commencing work.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience

• Must have 2 years minimum experience in respective trade for engineering graduates
• Must 3 years of minimum experience for non-engineering graduates and diploma holders.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using ADNOC E-Permit System

Education and Certifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any specialization but Engineering graduates will be preferred

Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of: Work Management System (WMS), Permit to Work (PTW), Method Statements, Safe Systems of Work, Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Field Risk Assessments (FRA), Hazard Identification
• Awareness and understanding of H₂S hazards and consequences
• Knowledge of equipment certifications and verification requirements
• Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
