Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The responsibilities for this role include managing day-to-day car rental operations, addressing client inquiries, maintaining high standards of customer service, and overseeing fleet management. You will also work to meet customer expectations, ensure timely vehicle deliveries and pickups, and uphold company policies and international service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in operations management, fleet maintenance, and logistics
• Knowledge of car rental industry standards and practices
• Proficiency in using scheduling and inventory software tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Multilingual capabilities are an advantage
• Valid UAE driver's license
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
