Job Title: Assistant / Deputy Manager – Business Development (Food Analytical Testing)

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Assistant / Deputy Manager – Business Development to drive growth in the Food Analytical Testing segment. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving business targets in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business for Food Testing services in the Chennai region
- Identify and develop new clients across food, FMCG, hospitality, and related sectors
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and support business expansion
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competition
- Prepare proposals, follow up, and close business opportunities
- Maintain sales pipeline and provide periodic reports
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 6–8 years in Business Development / Sales, preferably in food testing, analytical services, or related industries
- Strong exposure to B2B sales preferred

Compensation
- CTC: Up to ₹9.60 LPA (including ₹60,000 Variable Pay)
