We are seeking a Senior Exterior Designer with strong 3D visualization expertise to deliver high-quality, photorealistic exterior designs for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop 3D exterior renders (facades, landscapes, outdoor spaces)
- Prepare full design packages (2D, 3D, mood boards, materials)
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams
- Ensure design quality and on-site execution alignment
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Architecture ONLY (Civil is not considered)
- 3–5+ years of experience in exterior / landscape design
- Advanced skills in 3ds Max / Lumion / V-Ray / Corona + AutoCAD + Photoshop
- Strong portfolio is mandatory (photorealistic renders)
- Proven experience in delivering distinctive and diverse architectural commercial projects is highly preferred
