Position: Demi Chef de Partie (Demi CDP) – Vegetable Section

Location: West Abu Fatira, Kuwait

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the Vegetable Section.
• Receive and inspect vegetables to ensure quality and freshness.
• Clean, peel, cut, chop, and prepare vegetables according to kitchen requirements.
• Ensure proper distribution of prepared vegetables to the respective kitchen sections.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper storage of vegetables.
• Ensure efficient preparation and minimize wastage.
  
  

Qualifications

Previous experience in the same Vegetable Preparation Section is a MUST.

Excellent Knife Skills Are REQUIRED.

Good knowledge of vegetable handling, cutting techniques, hygiene, and food safety.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced central kitchen or catering environment.

Must be currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable Visa 18.

Important: This position involves vegetable preparation ONLY. No cooking duties are required.
