Joinery Factory Coordinator/Manager

Revive Building Contracting is looking for an experienced Joinery Factory Manager to lead our in-house joinery production facility.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5+ years of UAE joinery workshop experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

3. Strong experience in the production and installation of custom joinery including kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, vanities, doors, and decorative wall cladding.

4. Excellent knowledge of laminate, melamine, natural veneer, PU paint, solid wood, and other joinery finishes.

5. Proven experience coordinating workshop operations with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Joinery Supervisors within a fit-out or renovation company.

6. Ability to prepare and manage detailed production schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time.

7. Experience planning manpower, workshop capacity, machine utilization, and material flow.

8. Capable of establishing a night shift operation, including recruiting, training, and leading the team to increase production capacity.

9. Strong understanding of workshop drawings, cutting lists, shop drawings, and quality control procedures.

10. Experience implementing production KPIs, reducing wastage, and improving workshop efficiency.

11. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

12. Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
