About Revive Renovation:
Revive Building Contracting LLC (Revive Renovation) is looking for an experienced Joinery Factory Manager to lead our joinery production and site installation operations, overseeing manufacturing and on-site delivery for our fit-out, interior, and landscaping projects across Dubai.
About the Role
As Joinery Factory Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of joinery operations — from factory production planning and quality control through to on-site installation — ensuring all joinery output meets Revive's quality standards, project specifications, and delivery timelines from workshop to final handover.
Key Responsibilities
Production
- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily factory production to meet project deadlines
- Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production
- Monitor material usage, wastage, and coordinate procurement of raw materials with the procurement team
- Enforce quality control standards across all stages of joinery manufacturing (cutting, assembly, finishing)
- Maintain and manage factory machinery, tools, and equipment, coordinating maintenance schedules
Installation
- Oversee planning and execution of on-site joinery installation across active project sites
- Coordinate installation teams, schedules, and logistics between the factory and site
- Ensure installed joinery meets quality, fit, and finish standards before handover
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site fitting or installation issues in coordination with Site Engineers and Project Managers
- Conduct site visits to inspect installation progress and quality
- Manage transport and delivery logistics of finished joinery items from factory to site
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Carpentry, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 of experience in joinery/carpentry factory and site installation management, preferably within fit-out or interior contracting
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes (veneer, laminate, solid wood, MDF, etc.)
- Experience reading and interpreting technical/shop drawings
- Hands-on experience managing site installation teams and schedules
- Proven team leadership and workforce management skills across both factory and site environments
- Knowledge of UAE health & safety standards in factory and site settings
