Joinery Factory Production Manager

Role Overview:

The Joinery Factory Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process of custom joinery products, ensuring quality, efficiency. The selected candidate will plan, coordinate, and control production operations from raw material procurement to finished product delivery, managing a team of warehouse and on-site staff.

Location: On-site Jebel Ali Industrial Area, Dubai, U.A.E.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 10,000 AED 12,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Create cutting lists from design drawings.

- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer deadlines and quality standards.

- Monitor daily operations of the joinery production line, ensuring efficient workflow.

- Manage and supervise workshop and on-site staff.

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

- Control production costs and optimize resource utilization.

- Maintain quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

- Coordinate procurement for timely material supplies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.

- Maintain accurate production records and reports.

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in joinery, carpentry, or manufacturing management.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Expert knowledge of woodworking machinery and joinery techniques.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- UAE Driving license

- QA QC Experience

- Procurement

- Cutting List creation

- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Relevant technical qualification or apprenticeship in woodworking or manufacturing.

Only candidates with immediate joining or notice period of Max 30 days will be considered for this position. UAE Driving license is a mandatory requirement.
