Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Joinery Production Manager. The role involves overseeing the production process of bespoke joinery projects, ensuring quality control, managing a skilled team, scheduling and planning production timelines, maintaining inventory, and meeting project deadlines. The Joinery Production Manager will coordinate with design and installation teams, optimizing resources to achieve client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Additionally, the role involves monitoring safety protocols and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in joinery or woodworking production management
• Strong knowledge of material selection, production techniques, and quality control
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in project scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management
• Ability to interpret design and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with production equipment, tools, and safety procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Woodworking, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Experience with sustainable material sourcing and practices is a plus
