Joinery Site Supervisor

Maestro Dubai is looking for an experienced Joinery Site Supervisor to join our team for a high-rise residential / luxury fit-out project in Dubai.

Position: Joinery Site Supervisor

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 5+ years in joinery/site supervision

Project: High-Rise Residential / Luxury Fit-Out

Employment: Full-Time

Salary range: 6.500 – 8.000 AED

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in joinery installation and site supervision.
• Hands-on experience with doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, vanity counters, carcasses and bespoke joinery.
• Proven experience in high-rise residential or luxury fit-out projects.
• Able to read IFC drawings, shop drawings and joinery details.
• Strong skills in site measurements and setting-out.
• Experience coordinating with MEP and other trades.
• Ability to supervise joinery subcontractors and installation teams.
• Good English communication and reporting skills.
• 3+ years of UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

What We're Looking For

A technically capable, hands-on professional who can inspect site conditions, take accurate measurements, understand drawings, control quality, manage installation teams and coordinate effectively with the Site Engineer / Project Manager.

This is not a purely manpower supervision role — it requires strong technical joinery knowledge and real site experience.
