Jr Account Manager

Are you an Arabic-speaking insurance professional looking to build a long-term career in Account Management, without needing to already have it all figured out

This role is with an international health insurance and employee benefits broker with a fast-growing presence in Dubai. TThey work with SME and corporate clients across the region, and as they push further into the local market, they're looking for someone who can speak directly to decison-makers and advise on strategy, not just navigate the paperwork.

You don't need years of Account Management experience for this one. You'll be trained from the ground up and paired with an experienced, Account Manager on the team to shadow before running your own book.

• Base salary AED 10,000 to AED 12,000 per month, depending on experience

What will you be doing

• Managing and growing relationships with existing SME and corporate clients
• Acting as the day-to-day point of contact for renewals, queries and account servicing
• Working closely with the wider Account Management and sales team as you develop
• Learning the full account lifecycle from an experienced mentor before taking on your own portfolio

What do you need

• 1-3 years of experience in insurance, managing some portfolio
• Fluent Arabic and English
• A strong work ethic and genuine reliability, this is a business that values consistency over flash
• Comfort building relationships with local, Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders
