Job Summary:-
The Admin & Jr. HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions across stores and head office in KSA. The role ensures compliance with Saudi labor regulations, smooth employee lifecycle management, coordination with government portals, and effective administrative support to business operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations
- Assist in recruitment coordination (job postings, interview scheduling, documentation).
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and employee files.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with payroll team for attendance, leave records, and final settlements.
- Monitor probation confirmations and contract renewals.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
2. Government Relations & Compliance (KSA Focus)
- Support processing through Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher, and Mudad portals.
- Assist in visa issuance, Iqama renewals, transfers, and Saudization tracking.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and Ministry requirements.
- Maintain records for audit and labor inspections.
3. Administration Responsibilities
- Coordinate office and store administrative requirements.
- Manage accommodation arrangements and maintenance follow-ups.
- Support travel bookings and documentation.
- Monitor office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Maintain asset and document control records.
4. Employee Relations
- Assist in handling disciplinary documentation and warning letters.
- Support grievance handling and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure proper documentation for resignations and terminations.
Requirements
Nationality:Saudi National (Mandatory)
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: 25 years in HR/Admin role (Retail experience preferred)
Language: English and Arabic (Fluent)
Technical Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word), Knowledge of KSA government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem), Basic knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
