Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and expand market presence in the lighting sector.
- Identify and build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients and consultants.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Follow up on tenders, quotations, and ongoing projects to ensure successful closure.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in lighting and controls.
- Support product approvals and participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, and seminars.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education:Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) inElectrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)or related field.
- Experience:23 years of relevant experience in lighting sales, design, or technical support.
- Technical Skills:
- Good understanding of lighting design principles, LED technology, and control systems.
- Other Requirements:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
