Role Description

We are seeking a Junior Planning Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role, supporting the planning, scheduling, and progress control functions across our development projects.

The successful candidate will assist in project scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, and coordination, working closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with approved schedules.

Qualifications

• 35 years of relevant experience in Dubai
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory); MS Project is an advantage
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and methodologies
• Experience in preparing progress reports and schedule updates
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Construction industry experience is mandatory
• Knowledge of EOT claims and delay analysis is an advantage
