Role Description:
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects under the guidance of senior project managers.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Support the identification and management of project risks and issues.
- Facilitate effective communication between project team members and other departments.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, and action items.
- Assist in organizing and participating in project meetings, ensuring follow-up on assigned tasks.
- Track project budgets and expenditures, reporting discrepancies to management.
- Help ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the project management function.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management and Program Management skills, with the ability to oversee and coordinate projects effectively
- Proficiency in Project Planning and the development of actionable timelines and milestones
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate project performance and mitigate potential risks
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and conveying progress or challenges to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- High organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools and software is a plus
