We're hiring for a leading French multinational industrial group specializing in temperature-control and energy-efficient solutions is hiring a Quality Engineer to join its manufacturing team.

This opportunity is ideal for fresh Mechanical and Electrical Engineering graduates, as well as junior engineers seeking hands-on experience in a structured industrial environment.

Support quality-control activities across the production area to ensure products meet customer and internal quality requirements.

Participate in investigating customer complaints, returned parts, and production issues using root-cause analysis and corrective-action processes.

Follow up on containment, corrective, and preventive actions on the production floor.

Monitor non-conforming products and support the resolution of daily quality issues through QRQC meetings.

Assist in maintaining control plans, FMEA reviews, quality reports, technical documents, and customer requirements.

Follow up on laboratory results, product validation, and calibration of lab equipment. Support the tracking of quality KPIs, including internal defect rates and customer PPM.

Work closely with Production, Process, Quality Controllers, and Lab Technicians to drive continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 3 years of relevant Quality or Manufacturing experience are also welcome.

Good command of spoken and written English.

High attention to detail and ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
