Design & Creative Execution
- Create high-quality 2D visual assets for digital and print use (social media, websites, ads, presentations, brochures, etc.).
- Translate briefs, concepts, and ideas into compelling visual designs.
- Develop illustrations, layouts, icons, and graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
Brand & Visual Consistency
- Ensure consistency of visual identity across all design outputs.
- Maintain brand standards in typography, colors, layout, and imagery.
- Adapt designs for different formats and platforms while preserving quality.
Collaboration & Feedback
- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to meet project objectives.
- Incorporate feedback and revise designs in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage multiple design tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Asset Management
- Prepare final artwork for digital publishing or print production.
- Organize and maintain design files and creative assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- 1 year of experience as a 2D Designer or Graphic Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 2D design, layout, and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency in 2D design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design.
- Ability to design for both digital and print formats.
- Strong creative and visual thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and high-quality standards.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert them into visual concepts.
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
