Vacancy for: Academic Performance Department
Job Description:
- Providing Applicants with full details about the offered programs.
- Assign courses, academic staff member, students groups, to the IT system
- Administrate Admission Test, Aptitude Test & Applicants Interviews.
- Compile and Arrange Admission Files.
- Interpret and notify students regarding general information about the Programs.
- Notify students complaints and problems with the concerned parties and follow up on feedback.
- Following up on Students submission deadlines Thesis proposals and Thesis submission
- Following up with the Lecturers regarding the examination process peer review submission, barcodes delivery and corrected exams submission
- Assist the students in resetting their computer accounts password.
- Arrange for Thesis Defenses and Seminars with the students and their Supervisors.
- Compile all certificates, transcripts and letters issuance requests.
- Arrange for events in cooperation with the communication and external relations department.
- Attend various Faculty meetings; taking minutes and briefing the academics.
- Compile study-related faculty purchasing lists, e.g; books list.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent English Language skill, German Language is an asset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Effective administrative skills, including the ability to organize and prioritize own workload in order to meet tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Proactive, take initiative and able to make decisions.
- Creative within the scope of work & very resourceful in problem-solving.
- Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications (excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- A hard worker that is capable of multitasking and dealing with work under pressure.
- Able to work and interact efficiently with all levels of colleagues.
