Junior Account Manager

Role Description The Junior Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for supporting client accounts and delivering day-to-day financial and advisory services. This position involves assisting in the preparation and review of accounting records, supporting tax advisory projects, and coordinating information for auditing engagements. The Junior Account Manager will communicate regularly with clients, help resolve inquiries, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. The role also includes maintaining accurate documentation, supporting senior team members with analysis and reporting, and contributing to process improvements and client service initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting, with the ability to manage and reconcile accounts accurately.
• Understanding of tax concepts and compliance requirements, with an interest in supporting tax advisory engagements.
• Basic familiarity with auditing processes, documentation standards, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP and Zoho books is must; strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders. Must be fluent in English and Hindi
• Ability to organize work effectively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) in progress or planned are an advantage.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering accurate and reliable work.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and grow within a client-focused consulting team based in Dubai.
