Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to support our sales team in daily operations, client interactions, and sales reporting. This role offers excellent exposure to sales processes and the opportunity for growth into an Account Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day sales activities to ensure smooth operations and timely task completion.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales reports as required.
  • Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and communicate feedback effectively to the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, trackers, and databases with accurate information.
  • Assist in scheduling client meetings, preparing meeting packs, and sending follow-up communications.
  • Coordinate internally with operations, finance, and HR teams to ensure timely responses to client requirements.
  • Track sales leads, opportunities, and maintain the sales pipeline status.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
  • Ensure all documents, agreements, and correspondence are properly filed and archived.
  • Support the sales team in organizing events, product demos, and client visits when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or administration is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
