Junior Accountant

Role Description:

The Junior Accountant is a full-time, on-site position based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. The role is responsible for managing the company's day-to-day accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial records, processing invoices, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and handling month-end and year-end closing activities.

The Juniuor Accountant will prepare financial statements and reports, maintain organized accounting records, monitor cash flow, coordinate with suppliers, customers, banks, and internal departments on financial matters, and ensure compliance with company policies, applicable accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. The role also supports management by providing accurate financial information and analysis to facilitate informed business decisions and ensure the smooth financial operations of the organization.

What we Expect:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in accounting field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and general ledger maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Tally, and other accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for financial reporting and data analysis.
• Sound understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliation, VAT, and month-end closing processes.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with management, colleagues, customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced automotive workshop environment.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of financial information.
