The Role

As a Junior Accountant, you will play an important role in supporting the hotel's financial operations and ensuring accuracy in day‑to‑day accounting activities.

You will represent the Finance function with professionalism, attention to detail, and care-ensuring all financial processes are handled efficiently and in line with Hyatt's standards. Your role will focus on assisting with financial reporting, maintaining records, and collaborating with internal teams to support smooth and accurate accounting operations.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

Ideally with a degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field

1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in hospitality

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail

Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g., Opera, Oracle, or similar)

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A team player with a proactive approach and willingness to learn
