Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and statements.
- Support the senior accountant in managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle daily bookkeeping tasks and ensure accurate data entry.
- Reconcile bank statements and track financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance documentation.
- Maintain organized accounting files and records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in accounting or a similar role preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
