an international e-commerce company seeking a motivated Accountant with at least one year of experience to join our finance team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper posting into the ERP system.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Review and process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and international accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations for e-commerce activities.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1+ year of experience as an Accountant (preferably in e-commerce, retail, or international companies).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team
