About Us

The Total Office (TTO) is a leading workspace solutions provider delivering innovative and ergonomic office environments.

Role Purpose -

The Junior Admin Assistant supports the day-to-day administrative activities of the office. This is an entry-level role designed to gain practical workplace experience and develop administrative and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Assist in general office administration and filing (physical & electronic)
  • Handle basic documentation, forms, and data entry
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and redirect queries when required
  • Assist in preparing simple reports and documents
  • Coordinate with internal departments for routine tasks
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory tracking
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (fresh graduates encouraged)]
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Willingness to learn and positive attitude
  • Basic organizational and time-management skills
