Role Purpose -
The Junior Admin Assistant supports the day-to-day administrative activities of the office. This is an entry-level role designed to gain practical workplace experience and develop administrative and professional skills.
Key Responsibilities -
- Assist in general office administration and filing (physical & electronic)
- Handle basic documentation, forms, and data entry
- Answer phone calls, emails, and redirect queries when required
- Assist in preparing simple reports and documents
- Coordinate with internal departments for routine tasks
- Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory tracking
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (fresh graduates encouraged)]
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Willingness to learn and positive attitude
- Basic organizational and time-management skills
