About the role
The Junior AI Implementation Specialist exists to support our efforts to integrate practical artificial intelligence tools into the operations of a prominent Sharjah family group. This role is necessary because our clients require automated systems that maintain high standards of accuracy and governance without adding unnecessary complexity. You will be responsible for helping our principals translate strategic requirements into functional AI configurations that assist with decision making and portfolio reporting.

What you will do- Configure and test AI models to support specific client mandates, ensuring the tools align with the broader corporate strategy.
- Document internal workflows for AI integration to maintain high standards of portfolio clarity and governance.
- Audit AI-generated outputs for accuracy against actual financial or operational data provided by the client.
- Research and identify emerging tools that can address specific bottlenecks in the client operating model.
- Collaborate with principals to refine prompts and logic flows, ensuring the technology serves the intended strategic purpose.
- Prepare clear, concise briefs that explain technical performance and AI findings in plain English.
- Assist in the daily management of AI agents and prompt libraries to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Participate in internal reviews to form a view on the long-term impact of specific AI tools within the Sharjah project.
