Junior Architect – Creative Concept & AI Design

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and forward-thinking Junior Architect to join our Creative Concept team. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career architect who is passionate about design, visual storytelling, and the evolving role of AI in architecture and placemaking.

You will contribute to the development of innovative concepts across architecture, masterplanning, landscape, interiors, hospitality, and destination projects. The role requires someone who can transform ideas into compelling sketches, diagrams, AI-generated explorations, 3D models, and presentation materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating architectural, masterplanning, landscape, and placemaking concepts.
• Utilize AI tools to explore design ideas, materials, massing options, and user experiences.
• Develop AI-generated concepts into practical and visually compelling design proposals.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, design reports, and concept boards.
• Produce 3D models and massing studies to support conceptual design development.
• Contribute to the development of AI workflows, design references, and visual libraries.
• Research and experiment with emerging design technologies and creative tools.
• Support design reviews and concept evaluations with multiple creative options.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
• 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Outstanding fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Core Skills

• Strong conceptual and creative design capabilities.
• Excellent sketching skills, both hand-drawn and digital.
• Ability to communicate ideas through visual storytelling and graphics.
• Passion for architecture, urban design, culture, hospitality, branding, and contemporary design trends.
• Strong interest in AI and how it can enhance the design process.

Software Knowledge:

Experience with some or all of the following:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• SketchUp and/or Rhino
• AutoCAD
• Knowledge of AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Magnific, Kling, Seedance, Nano Banana, or similar tools will be considered an advantage.
