Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and develop architectural design drawings usingAutoCAD
- Assist in design development from concept through detailed design stages
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
- Support 3D modeling and visualization usingRevit and/or 3ds Max(preferred)
- Revise and update drawings based on internal reviews and project requirements
- Coordinate architectural designs with other disciplines
- Prepare design presentations and graphical materials when required
- Conductsite visits as neededfor dedicated tasks such as verification, coordination, or design clarification
- Ensure design outputs comply with project requirements, local regulations, and company standards
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Minimum2 years of professional experience
- Strong proficiency inAutoCAD(mandatory)
- Working knowledge ofRevit and 3ds Max(preferred)
- Good understanding of architectural design principles and detailing
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
