Job Description

Must be a Saudi National.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or Engineering field.
Previous experience in retail sales, architectural materials, construction, interiors, or building materials is preferred.
Strong understanding of architectural drawings, material specifications, and project requirements.
Knowledge of estimation, costing, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.
Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and client management skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and estimation/ERP software is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects while meeting deadlines.
Strong commercial awareness and a results-oriented approach.
