We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Junior Bartender to join our team in COYA Abu Dhabi who is passionate about hospitality, guest experience and developing a career in bartending.

The ideal Junior Bartender should have:

• A minimum 1 years experience in a guest-facing role within luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
• Basic cocktail and spirits knowledge.
• Strong guest engagement and sales skills.
• A genuine passion for hospitality
• Excellent English communication skills
• A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
• The ambition to grow within an international luxury hospitality brand

We are looking for someone who:

• Has passion for bartending and is eager to develop a career within an internatioanl luxury hospitality brand.
• Demonstrates a guest-focused approach with the ability to recommend and upsell beverages where appropriate.
• Have fluency in French, Italian or Spanish.
• Is ambitious and eager to develop an international career to support COYA Venues.
