Key Responsibilities:
- Provide software support and troubleshooting for medical devices
- Install, configure, and maintain medical equipment and related IT systems
- Deliver on-site technical field support to hospitals and clinics
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and external vendors when needed
- Ensure timely service reporting and documentation
- Provide user training and post-installation support
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering
- 23 years of experience in medical device/healthcare sales (fresh graduates with strong drive will also be considered).
- Experience with medical devices or healthcare IT systems preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Currently Based in UAE
- A Valid UAE driving license
