Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai for a Junior Business Analyst. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders to identify solutions, and assisting in process optimization. The Junior Business Analyst will support project teams and work directly with clients to conduct research, prepare reports, and ensure alignment with business needs and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, including identifying needs and developing efficient solutions
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and relay technical information clearly
• Knowledge of Business Processes and Business Requirements to support process mapping and operational improvements
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools is beneficial
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Geospatial industry related knowledge is a plus
• Prior experience or education in data analysis, IT systems, or project management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field is preferred
