Junior Business Data Analyst - German Speaker

Job Summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Junior Business Data Analyst with C1-level German proficiency to support data-driven decision-making for international clients and internal stakeholders. The role focuses on data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, business insights, data quality management, and process optimization.

The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, operations teams, and customers to transform data into actionable insights that improve service quality, operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop meaningful reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI and other BI tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Provide recommendations to support business decision-making.
• Monitor key operational and business performance indicators.

Reporting & Dashboard Management

• Design and maintain regular operational and management reports.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and data visualization solutions.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and automation wherever possible.
• Support stakeholders with ad hoc reporting requirements.

Data Quality & Process Improvement

• Monitor data accuracy and data integrity across systems.
• Assist in identifying data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support process optimization and automation initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business teams, operations, customers, and leadership stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Support customer-facing discussions related to reporting, performance, and data insights.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and professional manner.

Data Engineering & Automation Support

• Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities.
• Assist in developing automated reporting and analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams on data architecture and data management initiatives.
• Utilize AI and data analytics tools to enhance business outcomes where applicable.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related roles.
• Experience working with large datasets and business reporting.
• Experience in multinational or international environments is preferred.
• Customer-facing experience is considered an advantage.
