Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Business Development role located in Jubail. The Junior Business Developer will focus on lead generation, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves supporting client outreach efforts, building relationships to expand the customer base, and assisting in the preparation of business proposals and presentations. Strong collaboration with internal teams and contributing to client satisfaction will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data to identify business opportunities
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on client engagement
• Experience in Lead Generation and building a customer pipeline
• Proficiency in Market Research and understanding industry trends
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments
• Minor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
• Prior experience in the industrial or construction sectors will be advantageous
